Robert "Bob" Howe is an English actor who had a short-lived career on British television in the 1970s. His TV appearances include roles on "Fredric March Presents," "BBC 3" and "The Jazz Age" before appearing as a nursing home patient in the "Medical Memory Lane" musical number on the March 22, 1972 episode of "The Benny Hill Show" and a dancer on "Full House." He also played dancers in the films "The Young Girls of Rochefort" and "Half a Sixpence." Not much more is known about him.
