Frances Wingate is an English actress, model and dancer who appeared as one of the Hill's Angels on "The Benny Hill Show." She started out in the "Hot Gossip" dance troop along with fellow Angels Susie Waring, Lorraine Doyle and Penny Kendall. On "The Benny Hill Show," she appeared in the "Sport" number on February 5, 1989. Her later credits include the TV movie, "Tanya," and the TV series, "Love Soup."
